What is the best tea for a mood boost and healthy skin?

I’ve heard of teas being able to boost your mood a bit, helping people dealing with depression or just feeling a little down, and making your skin healthier, but which ones specifically?

It’s the perfect way to unwind at the end of a day and put the brakes on tension – perhaps ditch the tea bags and enjoy the sensory de-stressing experience of tea-making…when I’m stressed I head straight for caffein-free herbal infusions full of active compounds…they help relax and aid digestion because nervous feelings can often concentrate in the tummy..’so which teas work well ? ‘…okay Chamomile…caffeine-free with honey a smooth taste this classic tea calms you any time you need it but works brilliantly as a pre-bedtime soul soother…Lemon Verbena…a great digestive and an equallly good remedy for tension works wonderfully when you need to wind down…Linden…a delicious herbal infusion the French have been using this as an evening relaxant for generations and you can apply this as a poltice for the face to boost healthy skin…looks pretty tastes fabulous and really helps you to relax in the evening time…try a mix of Linden Chamomile and Orange tree flowers for almost instant calm…however remember herbs have potent effects and you should drink tea like any other beverage in moderation…I suggest four times a day is the normal requirement…lovely question I hope you find this useful…reality check…take time to make a perfect cup of tea and concentrating on making tea helps relax you…Find unusual teas at www.leafshop.co.uk.

Is tea tree oil safe for an industrial piercing?

I got my industrial piercing about 3 weeks ago and ive noticed that in the inside of the lower hole a bump has grown, which i think its a keloid and ive heard that tea tree oil helps with healing and getting rid of hypertrophic scarring. Is the tea tree oil safe? and how do i apply it? do i take the earring out to clean it or just clean around it?

Yes it’s safe for you’re industrial piercing. I used to have the same problem. Just clean around it.[: But don’t put too much or it can cause irritation to your skin and make the bump larger. I would recommend coconut oil instead it help heals it super fast.

Can you take pills on your carry on?

Im going to hawaii soon and i was wondering i could take these pills
Advil migraine Midol and Green tea fat burner and if i brought them would they have to be in a
new sealed container and would they have to go in that 3 oz quart size bag?
I have no clue why this is in pregnacy it wont let me put it on travel

Yes, you can take all of those. No need for a bag but I guess you can bring a bag anyway. I live in Hawaii and travel back to the mainland all the time with all of my meds. The only thing you would need to be worried about is something like an EpiPen or insulin because they are liquids and in a needle. They need a doctor’s note.

Having Trouble With Poppy Tea Recipe..Any insight?

So now, I am stuck with absolutely no painkillers for a dislocated disk in my back and have come across the recipe for this opium tea. I am a bit confused on what poppy seeds are suitable to buy that will produce its’ intended effects. I have never attempted this before, however am desperate beyond belief for some relief. I have tried OTC medications, as well as tramadol, hydrocodone, oxycodone, etc. However the tramadol being the non-narcotic medication has seemed to provide the most relief. Unfortunately I am unable to refill my prescription for another two weeks due to my doctor being on vacation. I would really appreciate some feedback regarding ideas and types of poppy seeds to purchase and if able, a recipe that has been tried by one of you before. I’m confused as to whether or not store brands, such as spice rack or cooking brands with poppy seeds available are suitable to use, or if I am better off going to some health store. Thanks for the info! I attempted to make a tea today using Spice Rack all natural sugar and salt free seeds, however the water is a very light yellow and the taste not so bitter. I strained the seeds using a t-shirt, but still am not sure if this will produce effects, thanks!
By the way, if needed I can go to a health store to purchase the correct poppy. What do you recommend I ask for ?

if not try growing your won and making it into tea

good luck

Is it good to drink crushed tea leaves?

I would like to know if it is healthy or unhealthy to drink the small leaf particles that pass through the strainer. Is it really necessary to strain the tea before drinking it?

it’s not bad… but i think people don’t exactly enjoy swallowing crushed leaves and such things… that’s why they strain it, so it’s more of a drink than a soup. xDDDD

POPPY TEA – from dried poppy pods. i made sum but my stove was broken so i put it in the oven to boil.. R/O?

and i let it boil too lng till most of the water was gone so i took it out let it cool for a min. then added almost boiling water to it stir it let it sit then strained it and drank it with tea. is it not going to work sense i messed up? i dont feal anythning i used 5 pods. TIA

It doesn’t sound like you used enough pods nor did you let the poppy seep long enough, the longer the better. Secondly you should add some kind of acidic liquid like lemon juice or vinegar to your tea to help extraction process.
